Each person may contribute up to $500 for the primary election and up to $500 for the general election. "Person" includes individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, associations, and organizations.
Political action committees may contribute up to $500 for each election. Federal law requires that our campaign obtain, maintain, and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any individual who contributes more than $200 in an election cycle, so please provide that information for contributions of $200 or more.
Contributions to Owen Donohoe for State Representative are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
